The Industrial Display Board is a wall-mounted multi-channel LED display that brings critical process parameters into plain sight for operators, supervisors, and maintenance staff. Where control room screens are accessible only to dedicated operators, this board puts live data on the plant floor — visible from across the bay without walking to a workstation.

Each channel reads from one field instrument or signal: a temperature transmitter, a pressure transducer, a level gauge, a flow meter, or any instrument with a standard output signal. The board accepts 4–20 mA, Modbus RS485, Modbus TCP/IP, or WiFi data — whichever your existing instruments already provide. Multiple input types can be mixed on the same board.

Common configurations include boiler temperature, drum pressure, and steam flow together on one board at the boiler front; multiple tank levels on one board at the utilities area; and motor current, vibration, and bearing temperature together at a critical drive. The channel count, digit size, label text, engineering units, and enclosure are all specified at the time of order.

The board runs continuously without operator intervention. There are no screens to lock, no software to update, and no PC required. When the input signal changes, the display changes — immediately and reliably.
